ZillowVERIFIED She was super patient and knowledgeable about the property and the buying process. She was attentive to my opinions and thoughts, gave her own thoughts, and communicated everything clearly. She even got me and my daughter flowers when we closed the deal for the home. I would 100 percent recommend her to anyone else!

ZillowVERIFIED We were first time home buyers, we knew very little, he was able to help us greatly. It genuinely felt like he was looking out for our best interest. He was reachable at any hour of the day and was patient and diligent to our wishes even when we couldnt make up our mind. He was able to negotiate the price of the house down on the front end and had some pretty good strategies for making offers. When we finally got the home, he celebrated with us by getting us a house warming gift. Even after a few weeks of home ownership and the bulk of his work being done, he was still reachable around the clock and helped us with whatever questions we had. A+ Great work.

ZillowVERIFIED It was our first time to purchase our dream home. We had no idea where to start, and we really needed help. With our friends recommendation, we found our aEURoesuperaEUR? realtor agent Thuan (Tom) Nguyen. It was such a smooth ride for us from searching for a perfect home to closing a loan. Tom was with us at the countless appointments from signing the paperworks to the home walkthroughs. He put all his heart and mind into his works; the mans very knowledgeable about his field, and he knows what hes doing to benefit his clients the most. He went above and beyond for us and his clients (as I have witnessed). He responded our questions promptly, and he treated us like his own family members. Thank you Tom for assisting us buying our dream home. I would highly recommend Tom to all my friends and family!

ZillowVERIFIED I moved to Houston in September 2017. I contacted Tom - Thuan Nguyen initially based on positive online reviews, and couldnt have been more satisfied with the process. While the process of home buying was much more difficult than Id imagined, Tom - Thuan Nguyen gave me excellent guidance, unflagging availability, and deep knowledge about a really wide range of homes that we looked at. I wouldnt hesitate to work with Tom - Thuan Nguyen again or give him anything but the highest recommendation

ZillowVERIFIED Thuan was very knowledgeable throughout the entire home buying process. When looking for homes, he provided his feedback, but at the same time left the decision making in our hands. There was no pressure to settle for a home we were not 100% happy with. Even through unforeseen circumstances which delayed our closing, Thuan remained in contact with us, giving updates and advice for how to proceed. As this was our first home purchase, I was unfamiliar with the process. Thuan was there every step of the way to help see things through. I couldn't be happier with the job that he did.
