We had a difficult condo to sell quickly and he was very responsive, provided relevant feedback that we needed to hear, and gave several pointers which proved to be critical. The condo sold after the 2nd showing and he was able to negotiate $2750 more than the first offer. He kept us closely posted on the closing steps and timeline. We were so happy to have his help and support. He called to congratulate us the night it closed to make it even more of a personable experience. Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Tom and Kelley Vanacore came eager and ready to help me sell my home, and it only took them 9 weeks (from listing to closing) to do it! I was very leery of putting my home on the market in November because I thought no one would be in the market to buy during the holiday season, but the Vanacores knew better and I'm glad I trusted them to be my realtors.I was very impressed with the photos taken of my property and the excellent advertising through social media outlets and personal networks. Tom did an amazing job handling the contract negotiations particularly with regard to requests after the inspections.This was my 5th real estate transaction, and it was by far the fastest and smoothest one - which is saying a lot as a seller! ZillowVERIFIED I went to an open house where Tom was listing agent. I told him that I had no agent representing me. He completely ignored me, a single woman, while I was looking at house. A couple came in and he greeted them with smiles and talked up the house, asked if they had questions. Before I left the house, he came up to me and stated that he would not represent me and I needed to "go find an agent.@ I asked him if he could recommend a colleague from his office, the usual procedure, and he rudely refused to do so. Then I put in an offer with an agent I found on my own with an escalation clause so it was definitely the highest bid. I still did not get house though I am extremely financially qualified. Stay away from this guy if you are a well-off single woman. He will discrimate.
