Tom Vanacore was referred to me by a friend who was also selling her home and he proved to be amazing all around. We had a difficult condo to sell quickly and he was very responsive, provided relevant feedback that we needed to hear, and gave several pointers which proved to be critical. The condo sold after the 2nd showing and he was able to negotiate $2750 more than the first offer. He kept us closely posted on the closing steps and timeline.
