ReviewI recently purchased my 1st home with Tom and he was a joy to work with. Tom was always positive, prompt, and extremely informative. He was always available to answer any questions or provide clarification. All of my calls, emails and text were answer or responded to almost immediately. I had many questions, being that this was my 1st home purchase; however I never felt rushed. Mr Smith went above and beyond to keep me informed throughout the entire process. What I thought would be an overwhelming and intimidating process ended up being a smooth 21 day close and I'm now the proud owner of my dream home. I would definitely recommend Tom Smith to anyone.

Review Bought and sold a home in Murfreesboro and Smyrna. Great knowledge of the real estate markets. Told us what to expect during the entire process. Made himself available no matter what questions we had. His closing team is top notch. Excellent choice if you are looking to move.

Review Tom Smith hands down went above n beyond what I ever expected from a Realtor. He's very easy to talk with n knows his stuff when it comes to any questions on real estate. He doesn't treat you like someone off the street, he's very curtious and professional, and because of Tom my girlfriend and I found our forever homestead on 22acres and will start the building process of our forever home. Just FYI, Tom listed my home n within 24hrs it's was sold and off market...

Review You can't go wrong with Mr. Smith....Tom was not even our agent for the sale of our home, but our buyers agent. Yet he did way more for us, than our own agent did. Keep in mind that he didn't get anything out of keeping in touch with us. Yet he was very helpful in the successful closing of our house. He is a compassionate and passionate young man... very good at his job. I would and will recommend anybody to him, whether buying or selling, and if I weren't moving out of state, he would definitely be my agent....

Review I cant say enough good things about Tom. He is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with by far. You would be a fool to use anyone else. He always responds to emails, texts or phone calls immediately. His service was exemplary, he went above and beyond what was expected of him all the time.If I ever decide to sell he will be my listing agent.

Review I had a great experience purchasing my second home with Tom Smith. Tom is very professional and diligent, my escrow closed early, unlike my first purchase. I definitely recommend Tom to anyone looking for a home.

Review A very honest and admirable person! A great communicator that only leads to positive results. Was fortunate to have met his wife and family and what a blessing it was. Can't imagine working with another agent in the future. Highly recommend for all real estate transactions.
