Listing a home on the market is never easy and Shelby (and Thomas) made the entire experience painless and, dare I say it, fun! They were quick to respond to all of our queries, gave us invaluable advice on what to do to stage the house properly and helped us sell in a mere three weeks when the housing market has cooled down considerably and houses in our area have been languishing on the market for months! Because of the limited supply and rising home prices, finding a home in Dallas can be quite a hassle; in fact, it took us about 6 months to find the home we wanted. Answered Questions

Does the value of my home affect the commission that I pay?

Commission rates are negotiable. There are many variations of rate agreements from flat percentage to scale percentage or flat fee or scale fee. Usually the rate agreed upon for services is fixed so the only variation would be if the property sells for less then less commission if higher, then higher dollar commission.
