ZillowVERIFIED Tom Purtell was an outstanding home sale agent. Although, in the end, I reached a difficult decision to stay in the Continuous Care Retirement Community I had moved into a couple of years ago, Tom could not have been more helpful to me in selecting private homes to look at in the town that I previously moved from. Specifically, when I briefly told him what and where I wished to investigate homes for sale, he got right on the case and daily sent me information ONLY about homes that fit my descriptions. He listened so well and did not overwhelm my mailbox with any old homes in the area, although other agents had done the opposite. He will work hard for any client.

ZillowVERIFIED Betsy Purtell is the best and most professional real estate person one could ever hope to meet and I recommend her 1000% not just 100%. She was there for us every minute of the day and was there to answer every question we posed (which were many). She was also there to offer valuable suggestions about the house we were selling and made the whole experience a pleasant one in every way. Every suggestion she made was excellent and her insight and experience would be very hard to match.

ZillowVERIFIED As first time homebuyers, we were a bit clueless when it came to house hunting. After working with 2 realtors who had no sincerity or helpfulness, I turned to Betsy based on reviews I read. Betsy went above and beyond for my fiancA(C) and I during the entire process and exceeded our expectations. Betsy genuinely cares for her clients and will do everything she can for you whether that be with finding the home within your budget, her excellent recommendations, her willingness to show you houses at a time convenient for you and even at the last minute, advice on putting in an offer, and doing her very best with getting any negotiations. Betsy is a very successful yet humble realtor and this makes her stand out from other realtors (excluding her husband Tom). We have been so lucky to have worked with Betsy. She is the one who suggested our house that we ended up buying. I had blindly overlooked it based on the small amount of pics online. Betsy was always quick to respond to all of my questions and ways kept me in the loop with everything hoing on. She is a wonderful person and I highly recommend her to you.

ZillowVERIFIED We were moving to the area from out of state and and had never purchased a house before. Betsy was not only professional, but also a calm and steady presence in the midst of all of the nerve-wracking transactions. She answered each email, text, and phone call promptly. And if she did not know the answer to our questions, she always seemed to know someone who would. Betsy Purtell was a pleasure to work with, from start to finish. Highly recommended.

ZillowVERIFIED After a year on the market with another agent, I found Betsy Purtell, who quickly and persuasively reintroduced my home to the market. Soon there were many prospects coming through the property. She helped me set realistic expectations as a seller and effectively steered both buyer and seller through the final negotiations with real sensitivity to the needs of each. I recommend her highly to anyone seeking to sell or buy a home in this area.

ZillowVERIFIED I am so thrilled that Betsy was referred to us by a few of my family members because she made a stressful process that much more enjoyable. She was there to answer any questions that we had (even the dumb ones), and never made us feel like we were bothering her or that she was too busy to deal with us. She always took the time out to put us first. I can tell her job is something she loves doing for the right reasons. Getting people into homes they can enjoy and make memories in. There will never be enough I can say that would fully grasp how great she is and how thankful we are for her!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were very nervous and apprehensive about the whole selling of our home and the purchasing of a new one but Betsy Purtell truly helped us navigate effortlessly through everything. Our home sold within 1 day for more than we listed and we were in our new home within 9 weeks. We would highly recommend Betsy for her knowledge, professionalism and commitment to her clients for all their real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED After going threw another agency with no luck for 6 months like 4 showings . I had seen reviews on Betsy and all were great . So I had contacted her Even know the house was on the market for some time Betsy had showings almost every other day and had a offer on the house . I had to pull out and take the house off the market cause of a job oppertuny. Then about 4 months later I had another job offer for out of state . I called Betsy again got the house relisted and once again showings every other day . Then once again took the house off the market for reasons. Just recently I had another job opertunity for out of state and contacted Betsy and she had emailed me the contract to sign and get the house back on the market . I pulled out of it for now . Betsy could of had said find someone else cause of how many times I pulled out of it but she didnt . Betsy is very professional and knowledgeable about the market. After seeing Betsys qualification and credentials I new she would have no problem selling In final you will not go wrong with Betsy Purtell she will sell your house .

ZillowVERIFIED I have been looking to buy a home for the past 10 months. I have dealt with many people during that time and there is only one person I found to be competent. That person is Betsy Purtell. From the very first time I contacted her up to my closing today Betsy always responded to my email, texts, or phone calls within 10 to 20 minutes. Sometimes her responses were immediate. Other people would take hours if not days to respond, or some times they would not respond at all. She always went above and beyond in trying to help me find the right home no matter where I asked her to go in the state. She never made me feel that I was asking too much. I would highly recommend Betsy to anyone trying to buy or sell a home. I cannot say enough good things about her. I wish all people had the work ethic and determination that Betsy has.

ZillowVERIFIED Betsy Purtell worked diligently to help us find the right place for our family. She was patient and gracious and helped with the negotiations especially since we were long distance! She took us to all the places on the list and also had expanded the list based on specific criteria we had requested. I would highly recommend Betsy to help you find the right home for you!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Betsy Purtell was incredible. We felt very well taken care of, and like Betsy was truly invested in finding us our perfect home. Her response time is second to none, and she was always available to answer questions and provide guidance during the chaotic and sometimes scary process of buying a home. Betsy made us feel comfortable and we now consider her a friend. Although our closing occurred a month ago, Betsy still checks in and cares about her clients. We cannot recommend her highly enough!

ZillowVERIFIED I would recommend Betsy with absolutely no hesitation. This has been my second time purchasing a home, and Betsy is the third realtor I have worked with. She is by far the best of the three, and quite possibly, the world. My wife and I had very specific requirements for finding a house (budget, size, lot, area, and high ceilings for circus skills). Betsy found us properties to look at that met our requirements, and eagerly took us to look at them. She went out with us every time I found a property that I liked, even when it was obvious that there were going to be major problems. She very quickly returned every call text or email I sent (it is positively amazing how quick she is!). She worked with us after several setbacks on my end.It took us nearly 9 months to find the perfect house, and Betsy gladly stuck with us the entire time, through dozens of showings, and probably hundreds of listings that we looked at. When we finally did find the right house, of course it had quite a few other people who had also placed offers on it as soon as it was listed. Betsy made all the right calls for what to do, still kept us quite a bit under our budget, and our offer was accepted.Betsy helped us with every step from sorting through listings, to looking at houses, to getting a mortgage, to dealing with all the unexpected problems, all the way through closing. I can not recommend her highly enough.TL;DR: Betsy Purtell is the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Ms. Purtell is an exceptional asset to the Coldwell Banker family of brokers. My Veterans mortgage process was a very difficult one. Ms. Purtell was always respectful, supportive and knowledgeable through each phase of the process. She excelled at brainstorming options and possible solutions to logjams within the process. She is a seasoned broker who uses her experience and expertise to benefit her clientele. It would be with great pleasure and honor to highly recommend Ms. Purtell to future clients. Thank you for being inspirational, Betsy!!
