ZillowVERIFIEDOur experience with Thomas was terrific. From the original consultation to the exchanging of checks at the closing, Tom was personally involved and helped navigate the whole process. He helped us get the house ready and prepped for sale by providing competent people for painting and spackling, helped us get the home cleaned up, even personally got into the crawlspaces to make sure they were clean and ready to present. His office people and sales staff are excellent and ran open houses every weekend. The online presence and tech used to keep us in the loop about showings etc. (we had already moved to Texas) was a big help. Tom not only listed the house but was also the selling agent. He was also very attentive to the buyer's needs and helped develop a vision for them that I really believe helped sell it in a way that made it a happy time for both us and the buyer. Buying and selling a house is a very stressful time but Tom made it a lot easier and smoother. I highly recommend!
