We started at open houses when first looking to buy, and as soon as we met Tom, my gut said to get in touch and work with him. My gut is usually right, and it didnt fail us this time! Tom is an amazing ally to have on your side and we felt like we had someone looking over us and looking out for our best interests. Always reliable and honest but mostly he felt like a good friend who we could reach out to any time we needed. He kept all the balls in the air and made sure all parties involved were on their A game. He knows this process inside and out and is always there to appease fears and to offer advice. Janice was great. We gave her a call on July 1st and she closed the deal soon after and got us a move in date for the 13th. All while the landlord was on vacation. Not to mention she also let us do a lot of paperwork electronically. She was kind courteous and had great local knowledge. She showed us the local gyms like Planet Fitness and how we could take the 119 Bus to the Beachmont station for the blue line. Or how we could get to the local beach and Revere beach. I would recommend her to anyone.
