ZillowVERIFIEDThis was a long time coming but since we closed it has been go time! We are finally all moved in. I met Matt 2017-18 while visiting an open house. I?ve been to many before but this was a different experience. I knew if I was going to buy a home it was going to be with him. Fast forward to this summer when we reconnected. We game planned, strategized and executed. The best part was every time we were going to see a property it was like visiting with an old friend. The market was hot so hot we stood in turn at times for 20-30 min to see a house but never ever did we feel the wait. Good banter and took the time to educate us durning the process. We can?t thank you enough for the friendship that was built during this process and the home sweet home you helped us call ours. Miss ya Mate!

ZillowVERIFIEDMatt called after we removed ourselves from our first listing as we were not sure if we wished to sell. He said he would call back every month. His persistence paid off. He came and signed us up for the sale very quickly after we talked to him. The photo team came the next week and working around us they took amazing pictures which which were used on their website as well as in the company brochures. We told him we were leaving on Friday of that week, so, he said Ill have an open house on Fri. Sat., and Sunday. He called when we were in Chicago changing flights. He said, I HAVE A BUYER! We signed the next day electronically and we have been homeless since. He kept us posted on every phase of the sale. Matt was a real professional and a gentleman throughout the procedure.
