ZillowVERIFIED As a family listing a home for sale for the first time, we wanted to ensure that we selected the best person we could to be our sellers agent. We had already met with a few candidates, but on the strength of a glowing recommendation from a friend of ours, we asked Tom to take a look at our house and give us his perspective. We were immediately struck by his obvious familiarity with our market and his unprompted ability to identify the potential selling strengths of our house. The fact that he so quickly identified all of the elements that caused us to fall in love with the house in the first place, as well as the improvements we had made, made us certain he was the right person to represent the sale with sincerity and passion. At the outset Tom did a great job in level-setting our expectation for the probable sale price of our home, and gave us confidence that the go-to-market plan was appropriate and well considered. He maximized the visibility of our listing not only through the usual avenues, but also leveraged multiple social media channels to ensure that we had high visibility. The first couple of weeks did not disappoint; our views on several real estate websites were extraordinarily high, and we had well over a dozen showings inside of the first week. The photography of the home was very well done, and accentuated all of the elements that we felt a potential buyer would appreciate. During this process Tom kept us informed of the developments, while contacting us only when pertinent. After the inspection and appraisal, Tom leveraged his network to ensure that some small remaining items were fully addressed well before the closing date. Most importantly, Tom executed the transaction in line with the expectations we had established at the very beginning. My wife and I remain confident that our short time on market and the final sale price of the home represented the best value we could have expected to receive for the sale. I would have no reservation in strongly recommending Tom to any of our friends or family who are considering either buying or selling a home. For us he made the entire process painless, quick, and completely up to expectation. I have asked for a stack of his business cards just so I can personally hand them to anyone we know who is contemplating a real estate transaction. ZillowVERIFIED Tom is simply the best! His response time is second to none; he always made himself available for any question, no matter how small. When an issue arose in inspection that may have been a deal-breaker for some realtors, Tom didn't allow it to impact our sale. He took pride in our home as if it were his own--his enthusiasm and appreciation for our property meant a great deal to us. We firmly believe he's the reason for such a positive outcome, and we couldn't be happier with the result! One additional fact: anyone in the city of Lakewood, Ohio should hire no other realtor than Tom Kelly. ZillowVERIFIED Tom is the hardest working agent we've ever dealt with. My partner and I looked at dozens of properties with other agents, Tom was the first one that seemed to have our best interest in mind. He fought for us throughout the whole process and made sure we were taken care of. During the inspection Tom walked around the house with the inspector in the pouring rain like it was nothing and took pictures as we could not make it. He's not afraid to get his hands dirty and no task or request was too much or ever declined. When we thanked him for everything he made us feel like it was just part of the job. ZillowVERIFIED After interviewing multiple agents we went with Tom Kelly because of his energy and charisma. He made big promises and kept all of them, including professional pictures and an aggressive marketing campaign. During the process there were times we were difficult sellers in which Tom never lost his composure. He hustled to get the offer and managed to do it in under 14 days after 30+ showings. This wasnt our first rodeo, and compared to our last experience working with a realtor our deal with Tom was refreshing. Will use him if we ever plan to sell again.

Following a very bad experience with another agent , when it came time to sell my home again, I was so concerned to pick the right fit in an agent. Well we made the perfect choice !! Tom gave us all the information that we needed to successfully sell our home in 4 days !! Previous agent had it on the market for 6 months. Tom Kelly is very skilled at his craft. There will never be a time that he doesn't have an answer to your questions. He is extremely accessible , he will always take your call and if he didn't answer phone , before you could leave a message he had already texted and said call you in 10 . I loved that !!! Selling a home can be stressful and when things arise you need an answer quickly. This was by far the best experience with a Realtor that we have ever had. Thank you Tom Kelly and your team!!! ZillowVERIFIED Tom Kelly helped us sell the house when others could not. He was able to find a buyer to whom the house's strengths appealed, whereas other agents were focused solely on getting us to alter the house to fit their preconceptions of what would sell (in other words, putting the onus on us). Tom also stayed in contact, kept us up to date, and answered questions promptly. We would recommend Tom to anyone selling in his area.

ZillowVERIFIED Tom Kelly is a ROCK STAR! WHAT A HUGE BURDEN lifted off of me! I moved to Florida years ago and due to a downturn in the real estate market, had to try a Short Sale on my former Ohio home. After 4 years and trying with a previous realtor, Tom and his team finally got my house sold this month! (June 2017) And to think we got this offer of $109k approved when my last realtor could only get me a high of $60k last fall! I did not know if this Short Sale would EVER be done before the bank would foreclose on me, after several colossal failures where I was so close to a completed sale before.
