Our home search took many, many months and due to market conditions it took my girlfriend and I a while to decide on the exact place that we wanted to live. Despite changing our targeted location various times throughout the process, Tom and Sarah were always willing to work with us and showed patience throughout the entire process. We never felt pressured and we always felt welcome to ask any and all questions that came up throughout the home buying process.

ZillowVERIFIED We can't thank Tom and his team enough for all they did for us while selling our home in Dayton, NJ. My company offered me a relocation package so we had to move fast, we decided to go with Tom Hutchinson from Century 21 and as stressful as the whole experience of moving our family to another state was, choosing Tom was the best decision we made. He went above and beyond all expectations. Starting with a great market analysis and plan (the pictures taken by the professional photographer were awesome!!!) so we could price our house to sell quick for the amount we wanted. The house sold in 10 days!! but having really bad previous experiences with real estate deals, we knew it wasn't over and this is where Tom came through. We had to move out of the house and into another state weeks before closing, Tom took care of dealing with the buyer's agent which wasn't easy, helped with negotiations arising from the home inspection and arranged for a plumber to come fix a last minute issue that came up. Also dealt with buyer's attorney (again not easy and not really his job) but he jumped in to move everything forward and into closing! He is a true professional, extremely personable and such a pleasure to deal all around.Thank you Tom!
