When I selected Thomas to sell my house I knew he was a local expert and had great connections through out the community. I felt my house was in great shape but asked Thomas if there was anything else I needed to do to make the sell easier. Thomas provided suggestions which I fixed before my house went on the market. I believe together we made my house sell quickly. One suggestion I have to anyone is de-clutter ..what you may think is cute most people will think its tacky. Make your house look like a model home.
