I had this releator present the seller in my real estate deal. Not friendly to work with and provided completely empty sellers disclosure. One in the business would know that even if seller doesn't know the conditions of the items enlisted in seller disclosure they would sign unknown yet this one decided to sign completely empty one and provided that to me as a buyer. I would stay away from this agent.

We are first time homebuyers thanks to Tom Fazio he was very flexible with us when we set appointments to see properties, specially now in this home buying process were a home is on the market, hours later its pending. Fazio was definitely very patient and haves a lot of professionalism when it comes to what he does. No doubt he puts his heart in to getting people there dream home. At times we even asked him other information that was probably for the bank lender and he still did the best of gathering information for all our questions . From all the offers we made we fell in love with this beautiful home and bought it. Also after the purchase we have called and text to ask questions he has reached out to the agent for us.
