ZillowVERIFIED We decided to not sell our home because of medical reasons. We requested that High Performance Real Estate take our home of the market and cancel our contract with them. Their reply was we will let you out of the contract if you pay $1500 per the terms of the contract. Obvious;y we did not read all of the contract due to the massive length and terms included and the $1500 fee was not verbally disclosed to us during the contract review with the agent. We were advised that if they leave our house on MLS for the duration of the contract (6 MONTHS) that they would not charge us the $1500. By the way the 6 Months duration was also not disclosed to us verbally. We agreed to let them continue to list our property for the entire 6 months with a no showings clause. Bottom line - Beware of their contract and READ it all despite them trying to rush you through the contract signing.

He continued to provide support and a friendly attitude while we debated a bit more and continued looking at houses online. ZillowVERIFIED I was recommended this agent by someone who had had a good experience. My house had been on the market and failed to sell. At first, I was very impressed. Sharon Martin came to my house, seemed very knowledgeable and seemed to have a good strategy and claimed to be able to market the property more effectively than others could.. I signed up, photos and virtual tour were done quickly and it seemed like this agent was in my court. However... Almost no showings and the property languished on the market. Not necessarily their fault BUT after the initial contact with Sharon I never heard another word from her. I received a few videos from the office manager, cute gimmick but really not helpful. I expected that at the very least I would be in contact with my agent to discuss strategy, but no. Finally I spoke to the office manager, said I was thinking of delisting and asked to speak to Sharon. I was promised she would call me in a week. Nope. After almost a month, I reached out to her only to be told when I asked why we had not been in contact that that wasn't the process (!!!) and that I had said I didn't need to sell. I don't NEED to sell, but clearly I WANTED to sell. Super disappointed in the whole experience. I might add that one of the "conditions" of listing with them was that I had to give them a referral within the six months. I found that kind of pushy. I certainly would not refer them to anyone at this point. I think this agency has the gimmicks and the spin down pat, and some great people, but when it comes to really working with a seller, not so much, at least not in my experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Joy and her team helped my husband and I buy our first home, and our dream home! We were very specific on what we wanted, we were wanting a place a good distance away! The market was a sellers market and houses we wanted to see were going off the market so quickly, we were not even able to see them! I kid you not, the first house Joy showed us, we put an offer on it right in the driveway. Out of 7 offers, we were not even the highest bid on the house. We were told since it was a multiple offer situation to write a letter to the sellers, which we did. They picked us! My husband and I were in shock when we learned the house was ours! We are honestly still in shock! It was something out of the movies! Thanks to Joy and her amazing team for being so amazing at their job! They have clients for life with us!
