My name is Tom Dorsey, and I look forward to the prospect of meeting and working with you in the purchase and/or sale of your new home. Real estate is something that I love and had been wanting to do for many years. It is something that I enjoy and I feel like I was made to do. As a result of that, my hope is that this passion will flow down to you, the prospective buyer of your new home or the seller of your existing home. Because I enjoy what I do, I put clients first. I treat them how I would want to be treated. I spend days and nights trying to find the right homes for buyers. If you make your wish list known to me, I will bend over backwards to make sure I find you that perfect home. It is so important in real estate to have an agent working for you, and I would like to be that agent!! I am reliable, responsive and very dedicated to my clients. Agents shouldn't be too busy to take calls from their clients, have their voice mailboxes full or take more than a day to respond to their clients. That is totally unacceptable, especially when a buyer is super excited about seeing and subsequently purchasing a home. Before transitioning into real estate I was self-employed for many years and worked in the legal arena with attorneys and their clients. I know the importance of customer/client service and my goal is to see that you have a pleasant, unforgettable experience in the sale or purchase of your new home. If you have a home to sell, I will work to ensure that your home is saleable by providing tips regarding decorating, decluttering, cleaning, arranging repairs and all the necessary legwork required to place your home on the market. Honesty is key and being upfront with sellers on the issues that can hinder a sale is of utmost importance. In addition, true value of your home and providing the proof of what it is worth is also essential.
