He has a true passion for what he does, his constant communication and friendliness make you feel like you have known him for quite some time. We seriously couldn't have asked for a better realtor to work with. He was recommended to us by a close friend, who assured me I would not be disappointed. When we first began this crazy journey, he was sure to ask what I was looking for & what areas. I was pretty specific with what I was looking for in a home, he did not try to change my mind or pressure me into settling for just anything I did not want. The first couple of houses, we viewed, he was quick to pick up on my personality and what I would and would not like. He was honest, and very thorough answering any questions I had. With the market being so competitive, I was starting to feel like maybe I should settle, but he assured me that our perfect home was out there and that I didn't want to settle for something I'd later not like. Every time I fell in love with a home and got out bid, Thomas was there to reassure us we would find our perfect home. Surely enough, Thomas knew what he was talking about! We have now been in our home 2 monthsA & I still love it as much as the first time I saw it. ZillowVERIFIEDI honestly can't say enough amazing things about Thomas Devor. If you are looking for an agent who is willing to put in WORK to help you find your dream place, go with Thomas. I was under a time crunch to buy my first home. In three days Thomas and I looked at about 40 places in three days. He was always upfront about offers and potential obstacles. When I pulled out of my first offer, he didn't make me feel guilty -- instead he put together another list and we looked at places the next day. His top concern is getting you a home you're in love with. Truly one of the hardest working individuals I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Bonus -- he's a super cool person and visiting places during a stressful time in my life was actually fun. I will refer him to all my friends and use him in any future real estate deals.
