I was guided by Thomas and support staff at Morris Tate Realty Group on how to best allocate improvement funds and hit the target price to clear the great return on selling my house. I had designed certain aspects of the house myself and Thomas was able to highlight those and recommend minor changes so the new owner would do whatever was necessary to get the deal closed. And there were challenges with the financing and getting the buyer over the finish line. Thomas and his staff never gave up, communicated regularly, and pushed the other side to make it work. Plus, I never had to worry about any of the contractors he recommended. They all put in the work and got the house show ready for me at a great price and in a timely fashion. 5 star experience with having someone that truly cared about my situation and not just getting a deal done to get paid.
