Thomas Cervone

Thomas Cervone a Michigan native who was born and raised in the real estate industry, migrated to Texas in 1981 after completing college. In 2000, Thomas fulfilled a life-long dream of creating a "Boutique family-owned real estate firm" that employs real estate professionals. As the broker and sales director for Camelot, Thomas maintains and active role in selling and investing. Thomas is an experienced investor with expertise in REO/Short Sales, on-site sales and marketing, condominium and townhomes, and sales training. Thomas is a motivator and deal-maker, who is consistently ranked among the "top producers" list for all Houston area realtors. Thomas' clients enjoy the personal experience and knowledge Thomas brings to the table. You will often hear him say to investors "the money is made on the buy" and "commission will not keep this sale from happening." This statement exhibits his flexibility in negotiating fees and willingness to partner with his clients. Thomas is married to Melanie Cervone, his wife and business partner. Thomas and Melanie have three beautiful daughters and they implement Christian values and "Proverbs" wisdom to their family and business. The family experience continues with their daughter, Ashley Peterson, who works alongside her parents as a partner in Camelot and its sales manager. Ashley consistently ranks #1 as Camelot's top producer.
