Yes buying a home has its moments, Thomas really has your back. I even was provided with a new home gift that added a nice touch! Long Version:I had been looking for houses with a different realtor and really didnt find what I was looking for along the way. I found myself really having to do the research for the targeted areas I could afford while upgrading my lifestyle and environment. While I was trying to go more up north I was being asked to look in different directions. I was in the Dallas area looking at a house I was interested in and saw a realtor sign with a phone number. Thats how I met Thomas through the phone from a stand in a yard and now I live up north in a gorgeous brand new home! I cannot express the emotions enough how grateful I am. There are specific steps in buying a home. I didnt know this but I learned. Glory to God I had Thomas support all the way. No matter how you arrange the steps once a buyer has a pre approved loan amount, available floor plan, available lot that can build that floor plan, materials availability, credit checks stay good, bank account verifying explanations, earnest money, getting the loan approved, getting a confirmed build start and finished date, walk throughs, title signing closing costs and getting the loan funded.oh and did I mention waitlists, yes before everything happens, if its a good area to buy a new home theres usually a waitlist. Luckily for me Thomas really knows the industry and is very connected. I finally know someone important and because of that I was able to meet the right people to be put in a great position to now be called a homeowner. It really comes down to what you want to spend. All this was a learning process for me. I eventually figured out theres a standard living square footage that costs a standard amount across the building new homes industry. It starts to come down to the specifics like a premium lot, or big backyard or the biggest living sqft possible (in your budget) or the best deal or the best location. Through all this you are physically at the locations learning this or at least I was. Very empowering and stressful and the same time because you want your first house built perfectly and you also want to move in right away. Thomas really helped by continuing to show better and better floor plans in our budget as we got closer to selecting our dream ideal floor plan home. Life is always going to have its stressful moments, do you have that needed support. I know I did with Thomas when buying my first brand new home. After looking at so many floor plans from different builders to the point I'm zooming in and like yup theres where the window would be, the door to that room, the closets, the stairs and which floor plan is downstairs and upstairs. My lease to my apt was coming to an end. So now priority was can I move into a new home and not sign a new apt lease contract or keep looking and sign another 13 month apt lease. Or just not do anything not get a home and stay in an apartments for the rest of my life. The storm before the calm. I had many opportunities to get home loans with my credit score being in the high 600s low 700s. Problem was, not a lot of loans offered the big amounts that I was looking for. It came down to two loans that would support the amount needed to get the new home. Yes you can take a preapproved loan and put down a deposit for a new home. But that doesnt mean you have a home. The buyer still needs to get the final loan amount approved and funded. I lost one preapproved loan. It got real. Thomas always stood tall and kept moving forward. I lost the last loan. I then received a cancellation request for the home I put a direct deposit on and nonrefundable . Through all this Thomas helped communicate and keep things at bay on all ends and then I had a loan again!You really get to know who your future lenders are going to be when you really want a home. I did the necessary corrections to get back in the loan game and the cancellation request went away. While all that unsure about loans, the house was still being built. I watched this house be built from dirt up. It was such a beautiful thing to see especially during all the loan craziness. When we finally got to the closing date I had no clue what I was signing. It was explained to me automated but I still didnt get it. Thomas took the time to explain in a way I could understand. In the end I dont know how it was possible its like its a gift from God Thank You Lord! All Glory goes to God and Thomas for helping families get their homes. I'm so thankful for my new home. I'm so thankful my son has a home to call his own. Shoutout to Thomas, Chris, Alfredo, Swapna, Katy, Finance dept & all the Builders.

I bought a condo last week and Thomas was instrumental in providing one of the easiest and least stressful experiences I could have imagined. He was always readily available to answer questions, and I felt that I could ask him even the dumbest of questions without feeling bad. He made it apparent that he has a true interest in the interest of the client. To give an example of how invested he is into his profession, while we touring he knew what comparable properties were selling for, per sq. ft., right across the street off the top of his head. I was pretty impressed by that alone, but as we navigated the process from offer to closing and post closing, I was more impressed by the amazing connections he has built with the other players in the real estate transaction process (lender, title company, inspector, insurance, etc).
