10/10 experience working with Thom! My husband and I are so happy in our home & we owe it all to Thom. He knew the area like the back of his hand(which we greatly appreciated when moving to the area from Florida) When we told him were our jobs would be, what we enjoyed doing, and what was important to us in our next home/community he was able to pin point the perfect(convenient) location for us and pulled some great housing options. He was always on top of communicating with us and preparing us for what was next which I really appreciated. I like to be proactive vs. reactive! We are loving getting to make our new house a home. While we do plan to spend a good while in this home... we will for sure be calling Thom again when we are ready to make a move. He is the best!!

What a whirlwind experience this was from beginning to end! Thom was simply an excellent realtor. Thom had come to my home to offer an appraisal. We listed almost immediately.
