This is my 3rd real estate deal with Thesa and she had been amazing through all transactions. She really goes the extra mile and answered all my questions no matter how stupid they might have been. She really knows the area and takes excellent care of her clients. She even knows what I'm thinking before I even open my mouth! Thats how well she knows me and that's truly amazing in itself! Lol. You would be crazy to go anywhere else for your real estate transaction since she is top notch all the way around!

ZillowVERIFIED Excellent knowledge of local real estate market. Kept us on track and up to date on all aspects of the buying process. Thesa worked with us throughout the search process and helped us negotiate a fair price with the sellers. As we were from out of town, she went to all the inspections for us and kept us informed all along the process as to what was occurring with the inspection and negotiation of the sale price. She also helped us with finding a good title company to work with and had recommendations for contractors that would be doing work on the house that we were buying. Would recommend her highly.

ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Thesa after a friend recommended her. I was looking to invest in a rental. After looking at several properties I made an offer on a short sale. Due to the bank it was a long and drawn out process but Thesa new the process and saved us a lot of headaches and money. We got the property at a great price, during the transaction Thesa found a great family looking a rental. I don't recommend buying a short sale due to all the pit falls in the process but if your looking for a property (short sale or not) in the Bend Oregon area you need someone that knows the area, what they are doing and Thesa is that person.

From the beginning it was obvious she has oodles of local knowledge, and that comes from having lived in Central Oregon many years. She helped us achieve a smooth transition to purchase a La Pine home. A couple years later when I became widowed, I realized just how much Thesa truly cares about her clients. During the crisis, who showed up at my door to help me through the trauma, but Thesa! Her kindness and caring ways are not a show. Three years later I remarried and she helped me sell the first house and then find a new home with my wonderful new hubby. We are happy in our dream home and would not have wanted anybody but Thesa to help us find it. The five stars we award her are well deserved!

This property was a property that was not in the most desirable area and we needed that one in a million person to buy it. Thesa took amazing photos and advertised in all the right places.
