ZillowVERIFIED Theron is amazing and super knowledgeable! He helped us navigate finding the perfect place for us here in Colorado as we are not from here. It didn't matter that it took almost 2 years of randomly seeing houses, he was on top of it the whole time! He's very knowledgeable about not only the areas but also houses themselves. He would give us rough estimates of costs for repairs in any of the houses that we saw so that we had a starting basis to know if it was something we wanted to take on or not. We've had our new home for a week now and absolutely are in love with it! He saw the moment we walked into this house that it was what we wanted and really fought for us during the offer process and closing process. He helped get professionals for the quick but important repairs set up the day of closing so that we could have those done before moving in. ZillowVERIFIED We selected Theron because we had not received results or communication from our original realtor. He sold our home in eight days. Our first realtor had it listed for five weeks. Theron immediate went to work. Photos, staging, communication after each prospective buyer, etc. He was patient with us as we are seniors and have not been involved with selling/buying for 25 years. So five+ stars all the way. Finally, he is just a great guy with a nice family.

ZillowVERIFIED I can?t begin to explain how grateful I am for everything that Theron did for me as my realtor! This is an extremely tough market for a buyer and he went above and beyond to make sure that I closed on the house I really wanted. Early mornings, late nights, weekends, he was always available for whatever I needed. He worked closely with me to come up with a creative and attractive offer. He worked closely with the sellers agent to make sure my offer was kept at the top of the sellers list. He recommended a great lender and then worked closely with that lender (I?m self-employed which adds a whole other layer of difficulty to buying a house) to make sure that my financing was solid. I?d guess that at least 95% of realtors out there would not have been able to get my deal to close. I?m extremely happy with Theron and would highly recommend him as an agent!
