Therese sold my house in a short sale a while ago and she told us everthing we needed to do . Therese Palmer worked very hard and diligently for my family. She was our agent when we bought our first home and did such a great job weer hired her to sell or home as well. Our home needed very expensive repairs before we could close and not only did she negotiate these repairs she also saved us a tremendous amount of money. We sold in good time and Therese was very knowledgeable about contacts and contacts. This was our first experience selling a home and if we move again in the area we will hire her again!
