We have used the realtor services of Charlie Taylor for two different property purchases in the last couple of years. Several years ago, we bought a forest service lease cabin in the Gibson Dam area with the help of Charlie. We felt completely satisfied and impressed by his professionalism and thoughtfulness during our first purchase. Because of the confidence we felt with Charlie, we approached him several months ago when we were looking statewide for an investment property. He listened to us to get an idea of what might be a fit for us and located some properties that were of interest to us. He ended up referring us to a realtor in the Bozeman area where options were a better fit for us. I really felt that he was working for us, showing us all options and being willing to suggest something in a different area. I think Charlie s strengths are his interest and knowledge in the area he lives and works in, his interest in people, his knowledge of real estate and the process and his ability to listen and work for his clients.
