She's smart, tenacious, detail-oriented and no nonsense. If you listen to what she says with regard to pricing, repairs and staging, you will sell at top price.Theresa is on top of every aspect of the process from getting ready to closing the deal. You need a handyman, she'll get you one that can start tomorrow; need your place deep cleaned, she's on it; have a question about disclosures, she'll get you in touch with a lawyer. To her, these services are all part of providing great client service and getting top dollar for your sale.We were very worried about our neighborhood's selection for Montgomery County's "green streets" initiative -- and the signs our neighbors putting up signs claiming that there would be 20-40 foot pits in our yards. Both my parents passed on in their 90's and,quite unexpectedly my husband died suddenly of cancer. At the time I was facing total knee replacements in both legs. She understood my situation and was patient in working with me in my fragile state. Theresa found a buyer for my townhouse within about two weeks of our first meeting. Then, while visiting condos, knowing I was interested in a particular building which would allow me to stay in the same neighborhood that I love, she kept checking for opportunities even as we looked at several places.
