Terri helped me purchase my first home 8 years ago and when my wife and I were ready to upgrade and find our forever home, we turned to Terri without considering anyone else.As we were preparing to list our house, we found a bank-owned property in our first-choice neighborhood that we knew was the one. We heard through our small-town grapevine the property had dozens and dozens of inquiries within hours of being on the market, so we knew we had to make a move right away if we were going to have a chance. Terri researched intensely with us as we worked to develop an offer that was competitive without being crazy. We got the property and our offer was right on the money with the appraisal.And on the back end, as soon as we decided to make a move on the new house, Terri sped the process of getting our home on the market, constructing a listing that got thousands of Zillow views, hundreds of "saves," and more than a dozen showings in the first four days on the market. On the fourth day (and only two days after learning we got the new house), we had six offers at our above asking price and made a choice. When that buyer balked three weeks into the closing process, Terri helped keep us cool and collected and got us under contract with a new buyer just two days later. When all was said and done, we ended up closing on both properties less than two months after making our initial offer on the new house. Simultaneously buying and selling was incredibly stressful, but the steadiness of a seasoned pro like Terri kept us sane and focused. We couldn't have done this without her.
