ZillowVERIFIEDTheresa was amazing during our home buying experience. As first time home buyers, she answered every question that we had a long the way and trust me there was a lot of them. She was incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating during the entire process. Her honesty and willingness to help us find exactly what we wanted in a home was unmatched. Communicating with Theresa was effortless as she was available to chat about things whenever we needed. Buying a foreclosure can be a headache but with Theresa's help we were guided through the process with ease.

ZillowVERIFIED Theresa is all you could possibly ask for in a realtor. She's extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable with your decisions as the process moves along. Her experience and expertise in the field is very evident from the moment you first meet her. She made buying my first house a great experience for me. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend her to everyone I know.

ZillowVERIFIED If you have bought a house without Theresa you are doing it wrong. Never questioned the things I wanted. Found what I want within my price range. Now if zillow could only make a filter that tells how big a garage.

ZillowVERIFIED I know Theresa both personally and professionally and have never met a more admirable and trustworthy person. Theresa is the best in the business when it comes to having a realtor by your side. Theresa stood by our side for a year of looking at different houses without hesitation. Theresa is a masterful when it comes to real estate knowledge and is willing to explain things in terms we can all understand. I was amazed at how quickly she was able to respond to our requests, but not surprised given her work ethic and determination. Lastly, her negotiation skills are top notch. Since she is so well versed, she was able to represent us fully and make sure the terms and conditions were noted in the contact so we didn't lose out. I'd highly recommend Theresa as a real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Theresas sales history and reputation speak volumes. Her knowledge of realty/housing in general, and her lifelong knowledge of Ottawa in particular, are truly extraordinary. Theresa was honest, forthright, and responsive in her dealings with us as we sold our home of 35 years. We were grateful to have her representation.

ZillowVERIFIED We did a new build with Theresa and she made the whole thing easy. We called her one day to respond to an add and she did the rest of the leg work. We only had to meet a couple times to pick out the details. It was easier than buying an already built house. She was also more picky on a lot of details than we would have been ourselves but we're thankful for it because the home is so beautiful! Will definetly use her again in the future.

I've lost track how many but I know at least 40 sales and 30 purchases, She would know these numbers better than I can remember. She has always done a great job selling the homes I have built. Theresa is very good at understanding and listening to what the buyer or seller wants. She is very knowledgeable in the real estate market and has handled the many transactions very thorough and professionally. Thank You Theresa

ZillowVERIFIED I have sold three homes with Theresa and bought three homes with her. When listing homes with Theresa she has always went above and beyond. She is the best I have ever seen in marketing. I have always been surprised at how quickly the home I was listing with her has sold. When buying a home with her she has always taken the time to find exactly what I was looking for. She always has the patience to go over all possibilities of homes I was interested in. There is nobody else I would list or buy a house with in the area. Thank you Theresa.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I decided to sell our home and move out of state to pursue better career opportunities for both of us. Unfortunately it wasn't the best time to sell a home. Even though it took longer than we wanted, Theresa was there with us for the duration. She genuinely cared about our unique situation and was there to guide us through two near-closings and finally through to a successful closing last year. She was always forthright, helpful, and honest. Theresa always had our best interest in mind and we truly could not have done it without her!

ZillowVERIFIED Theresa has been a realtor for almost 20 years and was selected as "The Realtor of the Year" in 2013. She was born and raised in Ottawa, and has much knowledge when it comes to the many areas of real estate: renting, buying, selling, and relocating. She holds many certifications, and is constantly taking classes, which keeps her abreast of the ever-changing new laws in today's marketplace. I have had the pleasure of working with Theresa when we sold our older home and purchased a new one. She has always gone the "extra mile" for me. Thanks Theresa!

ZillowVERIFIED Theresa was always available for any question or showing. I knew she was a realtor who went above and beyond the call of duty when she took the time on a snowy, cold Sunday to show us a home. We had just had about ten inches of snow, but that didn't stop Theresa from giving us a tour. She provided us with garbage bags to place over our shoes in order to walk through the deep, drifted snow. It was quite the sight, but we made it. When I called for a showing, it was always same day service--no complaints, no sighs, just ready and willing to serve us in any way possible. Theresa wasn't afraid to tell us if she felt something wasn't right for us, which we greatly appreciated. If Theresa was in it just for the money, she wouldn't care if a home was right for us or not. We did find the right home after viewing quite a few and we are very happy. We are very grateful to Theresa for all of her help and guidance. Thanks, Theresa!

ZillowVERIFIED Theresa is a great Realtor to work with and I would highly recommend her whether you are buying or selling! I bought my first house with her years ago and she was not pushy and very patient in helping me find the perfect fit! She is currently helping me find investment property and a new home as well as sell my own and is prompt, professional, and knows exactly which houses will fit or not fit into what I am looking for given her knowledge of the real estate in this area. I have recommended several friends to her and will continue to do so!

ZillowVERIFIED I can't say enough good about Theresa's abilities as a realtor. She has my highest recommendation. She helped our family find a home that was best suited for us at the right price. Theresa was readily available to show houses, and once we put an offer in, she helped us with much more than the regular realtor duties. She made the entire experience as low-stress as possible. Theresa is honest and very trustworthy. She gave me the impression that she cared more about the quality of the house we were purchasing rather than making the sale. She went above and beyond to make sure we were getting a good home. We have been very happy in our home for 3 years now, and are very thankful that we chose Theresa Poundstone to be our realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Theresa helped me through the process from the start to the finish. Anytime I needed anything I could shoot her a text, phone call, or email. She is always quick to answer and to respond. If it is something she has to check back with she finds out almost faster than humanly possible. We talked about what kind of home I wanted and my price range and as there were new listings we went out for a look. I quickly learned that sometimes a picture and a description doesn't do a home any justice. Many times the online pictures and description is better than the home actually is. I vividly remember walking into many homes and taking a few steps around and thinking that this can't be the same house.... During the closing we ran into some problems with the house and Theresa gave me some very useful and helpful guidance towards a great negotiation. For the price range and what I could afford for a home I couldn't be any happier. I picked out the qualities that I wanted most in a home and we found it. When I decide to buy another home, or I hear that friends are looking for a home I always refer them to Theresa. In my mind no one else is better equipped to help you through this new chapter in your life!
