Whenever we asked about looking at a particular home, she was ON it! Response time was very quick. If we called her, she picked up the phone. Only a couple times did we get her voice mail, and she got right back to us. If we had questions, comments, or concerns, she was very helpful and made us feel connected to her as if she was moving into the house with us. ZillowVERIFIED After my father passed, we had to sell the house and settle his estate. We made all the obvious repairs, new carpet and painted throughout the house. A realtor put it on the market and received no offers in 6 months, even after dropping the price two times. We were disappointed and discouraged. Using Zillow, I did some research on houses sold in the area and had 2 realtors of interest. I spoke to one on the phone and he told me how great he and his team of 11 were. Then Theresa met me at the house. She came with comps and recommendations, including an estimate for tree trimming. She wanted to know about the house that my family had owned his 1967. And that was the beginning of our journey. Within 1 week she had professional grade photos, the house listed at a new price and her campaign in full swing. On Saturday (Open House on Sunday), she had 3 offers, 2 were above asking price. By Sunday evening we had a signed contract. She kept us informed of every step throughout the process. She advised and counseled; she was empathetic and most of all really cared about us. We closed on the house this week and will be able to close the estate soon. Ill miss that family home and Theresa. She is a gem and I would recommend her to anyone who wants to buy or sell a home.
