We had experience with previous realtors and witnessed the home-buying process with relatives but no realtor ever broke down the home-buying process as thoroughly as she did the first time we met her to look at houses. The services and teams she referred us to were stellar (since she's worked with them before, everything went very smoothly.) The lending company she referred us to made the loan application process painless and everything was very straight forward. They were also very responsive. She connected us with a great home inspector who was also very friendly and we learned a lot of new things about what to look out for in homes. The lawyer and title company was very professional and were helpful as well. 10/10 would recommend! Great for new home-buyers!

She ended up doing far more and being more helpful to me than the agent that was about to earn a healthy commission from a fairly quick sale of my home. I was going through a very difficult and painful divorce with raw emotions, high anxiety and frayed nerves, a tight rental market in the area I had to live due to school district requirements, and Theresa helped me every step of the way toward getting the rental I wanted.There was no topic related to home purchase, sale or rental that Theresa could not only help with, but earn your trust and confidence in the process. When my realtor earning far more from the sale of my home said "check Google," Theresa had meaningful, helpful suggestions and ideas. It would have been much easier for her to not invest the time in helping me, but Theresa took the long-term view. On top of that, she's an incredibly kind and decent person.When the time arrived for me to buy a house two years later, there was no one else I would work with. Her knowledge is top notch but when you're buying and selling a home it's more than just numbers. It's a process. For something that could take 3 months she is there for you 100 percent the whole way. Anyone can have a save business card. She's the REAL deal.
