ZillowVERIFIED I would absolutely use Theresa again. She did a great job assessing the market in our area, we were in contract in less than 3 weeks! She referred us to another realtor to help with our purchase in another state and was instrumental in coordinating both closings.

ZillowVERIFIED I would recommend to anyone looking for a new home to go through Theresa Barton, especially first time home buyers. My husband and I found out we were expecting our second child and decided it was time to buy our first home. Theresa was able to find a home that hit just about everything on our checklist. Unfortunately we encountered some delays due to issues with our lender and the selling party, however Theresa helped to resolve those problems. We were fortunate to be settled into our new home 2 weeks before the arrival of our son, although not ideal, i feel if she hadn't helped us we wouldn't have been in our home before his arrival. She was experienced, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. I give her Two Thumbs Up!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Our house was a beautifully unique situation. However, we were not able to keep and maintain it. We were struggling to get anyone to even look at it. From the price range to the enormity of the space, it seemed we were destined to keep our family home. Theresa Barton guided us and showed us how to look at the home from a buyers perspective. To take out the personal emotions, though very hard to do, and thus, she managed to get our 8yr listed house, shown by many potential buyers and then, sold within a few months of signing with her. The professionalism and knowledge Theresa and her associates have, far exceeded our expectations. We cannot thank her enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Theresa was both our selling agent and buying agent. She was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. We were very particular on the kind of house we wanted to purchase and Theresa did lots of research and showed us countless houses. We finally found the house of our dreams and we were very fortunate to have Theresa during the entire process. She is simply amazing and makes the whole process a lot less stressful.

ZillowVERIFIED Theresa went above and beyond of what my expectations of a great real estate agent would be. Theresa understood my situation and knew the house needed to be sold fast and for a specific amount. She found a buyer and the process from listing to closing was a painless transaction. Her assistant is also very knowledgeable and was very helpful with questions. I would recommend Theresa without hesitation. Thank you Theresa.

ZillowVERIFIED Theresa Barton has years of experience which is very important when buying or selling your home. Theresa represented us as a dual agent. Meaning selling our house and funding a new home. With her experience we sold our house in less than 24hrs and 3000 above asking price. Theresa gave us the Web page for real estate to search for new home. Upon reviewing this site we where able to find our new home on the first day. I highly recommend theresa barton for your agent if you want it done right.

ZillowVERIFIED Theresa listed and sold my mother's house in Carleton MI last year 2015. I was impressed with the amount of showings and multiple offers we received and the professional handling by Theresa of the listing and showing of the house and property. I will definitely ask her for her services in the future for any realty transactions required for my family and I have recommended her to my friends.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I bought and sold a house with Theresa Barton. She was honest and fair, for example when listing our house my wife and I thought it was worth more than Theresa had suggested. However she said we could list it for any amount. So not taking her advice we listed our home over the suggested price that Theresa gave us. Even though we listed it higher then she suggested Theresa remained positive and motivated. After a few weeks and several pleople saying the same thing "that it was a very nice house but to high in price" my wife and I decided to lower the asking price to what Theresa suggest. The very next day after lowering the price to the suggest amount, we had a showing and a offer at our new asking price. The buying of a house with Theresa was even more positive. She liston to us and knew excaly what we where looking for. She took us on 2 days of looking at houses in our price range and knowing what we wanted (not what we would settle for) we were able too purchase our dream home. I can not recommend Theresa highly enough to anyone, infact I have suggested her to a number of my friends, and they had the same experience as us.
