ZillowVERIFIED The Almogabar team did an impressive job under extreme circumstances to sell our home. Excellent advise was given up front on what we should do to put the property best foot forward. The house was on the market less than a day and an offer was made above asking price. Two days before closing the winter storm of 2021 hit and disaster struck. The home experienced busted pipes and ruined all the flooring. When I notified Robby and Theresa they immediately came to the house and helped remove all the carpeting and helped mitigate some of the flooding problems. A month later we closed!

ZillowVERIFIED I really do not know how I connected with Theresa Almogabar. I am far from her area. But once I had her, I wanted to keep her:) It was as though she was an angel dropped from the sky. The most outstanding aspect of working with Theresa was her responsiveness. This ws our first time buying a house. So, to us everything was "urgent". Even when I called during the dinner hour, or when she was in church, or in a meeting, she always got back to me to let me know when she would call back. That was so important to us. Even though she probably had many more important things on her plate, Theresa treated us like she had nothing else to do, but take care of us. That means something to a home buyer.
