ZillowVERIFIED Ted is a dedicated, focused and professional real estate agent. He is always immediately responsive when you reach out to him, and always gets back to you on any issues you need addressed. ZillowVERIFIED Ted is very professional. Extremely knowledgeable of the market. As he put it - "nothing willy nilly". Everything he does is calculated backed by facts/market direction statistics etc. He had our house sold with 3 days and received top dollar. I'm not rating him this high because we got great value in the sale, I'm rating him this high because of his process - from meeting him to closing, he was amazing. He answered any questions quickly, he resolved any issues/questions from buyers promptly. He managed our stress levels very well :). If you're buying or selling -- I highly recommend Ted.

ZillowVERIFIED I recently had the privilege of working with Ted and his organization. His professionalism and honesty are second to none. He truly CARES about his clients and ensures that everything is on the up and up. His attention to detail is demonstrated in everything his does. He clearly separates himself from the herd of real estate agents who are solely focused on ensuring your check clears at closing. Ted is totally hands on and works to deliver the very best for his clients. You won't be making a mistake by working with Ted and E Street Realty!

ZillowVERIFIED Ted is hands down the best broker you will come across in monmouth, ocean county and beyond. No one knows this area like him. When searching for a new house he was not pushy, truly cared, gave honest opinions and never looked to just close the deal. It was a long drawn out process for us and he always maintained the same positive attitude and ultimately got us the home of our dreams. Can't thank him enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Ted went out countless weekend with us to look at houses. He pointed out things that were red flags and the home that looked like it was well taken care of. We were looking for quite a while and Ted never got frustrated or annoyed, he was very patient and helpful the whole way through.

ZillowVERIFIED Ted has been amazing to work with in our relocation. We knew nothing about the area and needed to move quickly. He took the time to show us around and find us a great rental that fit our needs. Once we're moved in, we will absolutely be working with Ted to find our dream home to buy.

ZillowVERIFIED Ted was excellent in our search for a home. While we ultimately we decided to hold off for a bit, we now have a much better understanding of the type of house and area we would like to target when we resume our search. We look forward to working with Ted again.

ZillowVERIFIED Mr Koczon was a pleasure working with. He set up appointments for my wife and I, and was always on time to those appointments. We are a young couple so we didn't have to much experience but Mr Koczon walked through the houses with us and explained things about each one that we would not have realized.
