Ted is very professional. Extremely knowledgeable of the market. As he put it - "nothing willy nilly". Everything he does is calculated backed by facts/market direction statistics etc. He had our house sold with 3 days and received top dollar. I'm not rating him this high because we got great value in the sale, I'm rating him this high because of his process - from meeting him to closing, he was amazing. He answered any questions quickly, he resolved any issues/questions from buyers promptly. He managed our stress levels very well :). If you're buying or selling -- I highly recommend Ted.
