About Theodore Bales

Proudly a lifelong resident of New Jersey, I find so much fulfillment in helping residents of this great state and people from all over looking to put down roots here to achieve their real estate goals. Specializing in residential real estate sales, I help sellers get top dollar for their homes and I help buyers secure their dream homes. I also work with investors, landlords, and renters. I work with many first time homebuyers. Our Century 21 office is located in Cranford and has served the area for over 40 years. I am very knowledgeable about the local schools systems, forms of major transportation, shopping centers, and eateries in Cranford and the surrounding areas. I service all of Union County and most of Somerset, Morris, Essex, and Middlesex County. In my free time, I enjoy playing recreational basketball and I love outdoor activities. Gardening, hiking, and yard work are some of the things I enjoy most in life. Being a certified SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) I meet the special needs of maturing Americans when selling, buying, relocating, or refinancing residential or investment properties. I am fully prepared to approach mature clients with the best options and information for them to make life-changing decisions. I am very patient when needed and ready to take actions during the appropriate times. Responsiveness is key in the real estate industry and I am always a phone call, text, or email away. Keeping my clients updated and informed during real estate transactions is paramount to me. The action of buying and selling properties can be quite stressful, so I do my best to make the process fun and exciting; while being thorough and detailed oriented. Ted was highly recommended to us by one of our close friends and we were very happy to have had him as our realtor to help in the sale of our house. He was very understanding to our needs and busy schedule. His communication with every step of the process was excellent, never giving us any chance to worry or wonder about any step of the selling process. His knowledge of the housing market and ways to present the house allowed us to find a buyer within a week of putting the house on the market. Even when things got a bit hectic he was always calm and very thorough with following through with important details needed for the sale to be completed. He was never to busy to answer a question or help when needed with anything relating to the sale of the house. Having him as our realtor made selling a house less stressful than we anticipated. Highly recommend him!
