Jackie is the most knowledgeable realtor who went above and beyond to sell our house , before, during and even after the sale. We had moved out of state before the completion of the sale. Janet is very knowledgeable. I met her during my search for new construction homes and she gave me multiple useful information as well as showing me numerous properties. She is very familiar with the surrounding areas in El Paso where new construction homes are available. Once we have decided in which construction, plan and elevation, she explained the requirements and the steps on initiating the process. During the construction phase, she constantly stayed in touch with us on the progress and definitely contacted us when there was a delay or a problem during construction. She helped us with all the paper work that needed to be filled out to avoid any delays. She also explained to us about the contracts we were not familiar with.
