Before both going into real estate in 1995 Thom was a sales executive with an ABC-TV affiliate and Rory owned his own water well drilling company for 18 years. Like most people that move to Florida, the weather got to be too much. The decision maker was an ice storm that left their area without power in January for 3 WEEKS!!! Well, that and a couple of Jupiter relatives sending up real estate (and weather) sections of the local newspapers in the middle of winter. FULL TIME & EXPERIENCED! Thom has been very responsive and helped us negotiate the best deal for our new home (he got us a much better deal than we anticipated). He represented us at the closing while we sold our home in New Hampshire. Thom advised us on the services and professionals for us to make a successful move from New Hampshire to Florida. No pressure tactics, just honest, friendly advice. We have been pleased with his recommendations. When we experienced an AC line clog on our first night here (didnt know that this is a aEURoeFloridaaEUR? thing), Thom rushed over with a shop vac and helped clear the line. It didnt matter that he already sold us the house. Its been over a week since our move and we are thrilled with our new home, the professionals recommended by Thom and Valencia Cay itself. Since Thom is a homeowner and resident at Riverland, his intimate knowledge of the development and the homes was invaluable and my wife and I couldnt be happier.
