Before both going into real estate in 1995 Thom was a sales executive with an ABC-TV affiliate and Rory owned his own water well drilling company for 18 years. Like most people that move to Florida, the weather got to be too much. The decision maker was an ice storm that left their area without power in January for 3 WEEKS!!! Well, that and a couple of Jupiter relatives sending up real estate (and weather) sections of the local newspapers in the middle of winter. FULL TIME & EXPERIENCED! David was a very huge help in so many different ways that truly helped us get the apartment. We were very new to this whole process and he explained everything to us no matter how many questions we had. He was always around just in case we needed any repairs and was so selfless throughout this whole process. He didnt need to do half the things he did but he did it to help us which is why you should definitely work with him!!
