2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Find a Realtor that is going to do the work to research the competition and give you the real facts. Here at Arizona Resource Realty we don't beat around the bush and just try to get a listing by telling you what you want to hear. We list homes to sell them, not watch them sit on the market and frustrate you as the home seller. Get the details on what to expect up front and make the agent present the real picture the first time.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
All types from Traditional sellers, to first time buyers, 2nd home purchasers, Investors, Institutional sellers, Hedgefunds, and many more. Over 1000 properties sold makes us experts at working with all types of clients.
