Review About six weeks ago my husband and I finally agreed that we needed to sell the house we love in the neighborhood we love and move to a smaller house closer to his place of business. A friend introduced us to Keri and it was clear she was exactly the person we needed to help us make the move. Keri has enormous enthusiasm, energy, communication skills, and coupled with her understanding of the current real estate market, we saw that now was the time to put our house on the market. She clearly explained what the asking price should be, she arranged for a coworker to help with the staging, she hired the workers we needed to make repairs, paint, lay carpet, and she arranged for pictures and videos to be taken. She took care of all the pesky details that we wanted to avoid, and pretty much all we had to do was hire movers to store furniture and boxes and keep the house presentable for open houses and showings. In the end, the entire process, from meeting Keri to getting an offer, took only a little over three weeks and, thanks to Keri, the house sold for full asking price just 8 days after officially going on the market. I very highly recommend Keri to anyone who needs an excellent real estate agent because, in addition to all her other first rate qualifications, I think her genius is keeping her clients calm and relaxed through what is usually a very stress period of time.

Review Where do I even begin? It was a late and tiresome day of traveling all over the state trying to find our dream home. We met many a realtor and saw a ton of homes. We bought the home that Keri showed us and it was a gorgeous place, but even after dropping over a million dollars she stood out more to us than the house did. We showed up late, dressed like hobos to a nice open house and were sweaty from running around all day. We definitely did not look like serious buyers. Keri somehow in all of the chaos with the dozens of people at the open house still greeted us with open arms, treated us like diamonds, and couldn't have been more welcoming. She told us all the little beautiful features and secrets about the house that she knew like the palm of her hand. She was funny, smiled a lot, and was very personable. She treated EVERYONE there like they were the ones that were going to make the deal. She told us the story and the life of the owners and how they built a beautiful family and how much love they put into their home. We wanted to be a part of the home's story and we just had to buy it after no matter what to make it our home and our story. Rich was able to sell our condo in a VERY competitive market within 7 days during a blizzard in February (anyone who knows real estate knows the Winter months can sometimes be a difficult sell). Review We recently worked with Rich on the simultaneous sale of our home and the purchase of a new home here in Frederick, MD. I don't consider myself a low-maintenance client, and was continually impressed with Rich's expedient responsiveness to every single one of my questions. I know he had many other clients and balls up in the air, but he made my husband and I feel as if we were his only clients. He has a wealth of connections in Frederick and was truly a one-stop contractor for real estate. He recommended us to a local lender, inspection company, and even helped out with connecting us with a septic inspector on last minute notice. He also connected us with a professional painter/repair man who completed all our repairs in a timely way. In fact, this painter just came out this evening to give us an estimate for projects in our new home we were so impressed with him! We had a very positive experience with all the professionals Rich recommended. Rich has a very upbeat personality, was always professional, and went the extra mile to make sure everything came together timing-wise between the sale of our home and our move-in date in the new home. While we hope to not move again any time soon, we would highly recommend him without hesitation to any friends or family in need of an extremely competent real estate agent.
