Hi, thanks for stopping by! I'm Nicole, Broker Associate, REALTOR® and Team Lead for The Magnolia Group at HomeSmart! I've been a licensed Agent since 2005, and my years of experience have taught me that buying or selling a home can often be complex and deeply emotional. I'm eager to provide quality care, guidance and attention to all of my clients! I belong to the Gloucester & Salem Counties Board of REALTORS®, and the NJ Association of REALTORS®, so I believe that service and the REALTOR® Code of Ethics are paramount. I like to win for my clients, not with yucky high-pressure tactics, but with a calm demeanor and a candid approach. What really sets me apart, however, is my ability to coach my clients from the outset regarding expectations and risk reduction. There are many pitfalls and hurdles that can occur during a transaction, and I believe that most of these can either be avoided entirely, or we can have a plan ready in case they come our way! I decided to partner with HomeSmart because of its outstanding reputation as an industry leader. We are a firm of seasoned agents with 100+ years of combined relevant experience, numerous awards and certifications, and an incredible number of happy clients! On a personal note, I'm a lifelong resident of NJ, and I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Thomas Edison State University. I graduated in the top 1% of Business Scholars in the state, and I'm a member of the Sigma Beta Delta Business Society.
