I wouldn?t hesitate to work with him on any Hoboken real estate transaction. I worked with him for years and most recently on a very tricky transaction, and have had him show me dozens and dozens of places. He always pulled together documentation quickly and even would provide the financial analysis for potential investments with an honest assessment. He was never pushy or lazy the way many agents can be and most recently he helped me close on a new almost 1800 sqft loft space in Hoboken that was a major pain to negotiate with an out of state seller, difficult tentants, and he even went out of his way to make sure the place was spotless when we closed. He was resourceful and kind and really has been the best agent I have worked with and I have been involved in several real estate deals at this point.
