Prior to beginning his career in real estate sales, Adam Hertz worked in mortgage lending and wealth management, an experience that helps him provide another dimension of service to his clients. Adam's experience also includes development of residential, commercial and multifamily properties.

Prior to beginning their careers in real estate sales, Brittni Hertz & Karli Hughes worked in property management for over 14 years as Managing Partners. Brittni and Karli's knowledge of Missoula's investment property and rental market is unparalleled and invaluable to clients seeking to expand their real estate investment portfolios.

Kristin Hertz began her real estate career in 2005 as a solo agent. Since 2008, she has worked in corporate wellness while also teaching yoga and meditation. Kristin always seeks to make her clients' real estate experience as enjoyable and stress-free as possible with her attention to detail, creativity and easy-going nature.

The Hertz Team is committed to serving our local community. Adam is a former member of the Montana House of Representatives, a former member of the Missoula City Council, past President of Habitat for Humanity of Missoula, a former member of the Montana Board of Housing and currently serves on Governor Greg Gianforte's Housing Task Force. Brittni is a past board member of the ERA Lambros Community Foundation. Karli is a past President of the Western Montana chapter of the NARPM. Members of the Hertz Team actively volunteer for and donate to charitable causes throughout Western Montana, including Habitat for Humanity, CASA, United Way, Missoula Food Bank and many more. In 2022, Adam and Brittni launched the Adam and Brittni Hertz Charitable Endowment in order to continue supporting the community in perpetuity.
