EXPERIENCE AND ACHIEVEMENTS By teaming up a as a Husband-Wife partnership The Danleys bring a diverse background to clients with a combined thirty plus years experience in residential and commercial real estate plus over fifteen years in residential development and lending so that you can feel at ease that you've hired an expert. In 2004 they founded The Niche Real Estate Group, which became one of the most recognized companies catered to the design community in the Southwest. They earned the coveted bronze, silver and two gold Awards of Excellence for commitment to their clients. Shawn also earned the Military Relocation Professional certification for his expertise in assisting active duty and retired military professionals in the buying/ selling process. When not busy with real estate their time is occupied by chasing two children around their ten acre mini farm, which includes and array of animals from horses to poultry. Shawn & Tiffany are also active in their church, by volunteering as Sunday School teachers. They also enjoy many of the outdoor recreation opportunities this great state has to offer including camping, mountain biking, and getting off the beaten path in their Airstream Travel Trailer.

The Danley's Made Our Home Buying Experience AWESOME! We gave the Danley's a list of criteria including things would consider and those we would not. They prepared a list of homes for us to visit that fit our criteria and some that were outside it. It's been a very long time since we went home shopping. We asked the Danley's for opinions and advice. They were honest and in a couple instances strongly discouraged us from homes that would pose too much work and money to improve. Shawn and Tiffany Danley make up one of the best real estate agent teams I have worked with. Shawn and Tiffany were so pleasant to work with. They patiently toured us around on short notice from one side of town to the other (occasionally through the snow!) and found us a perfect property.
