From that phone call forward, buying a home was easy. I told Jordan I saw a few homes online that I was interested in, but one in particular was my absolute favorite. Ironically, that one was taken off market the day before I got here! Jordan contacted the owner, and they agreed to let me see it. Realtor Amber Woodard met me early Sunday morning. I have been in sales for 28 years and I still sell my services and products based on the value I bring to my customers. Well this is what this team can and will do for you. And at a highly competitive price. We tried to sell our house in a hot market through a discount realtor for almost 8 months and never had an offer but it showed a lot. We finally took it off the market and gave up. Then came the Clark Team who said they could sell it quickly with an asking price or better. So I said let's try it. Bottom line we sold in 4 days after the listing and for more than asking price. This team knows what they are doing!! Try them out. There is absolutely nothing to lose but your house. Please know where you want to move in advance for sure. I don't typically take my time to write reviews or do surveys but these folks earned my time in a big way. Thanks to the Clark Team!!

ZillowVERIFIED Deciding to purchase my first house was a stressful decision as I dreaded going through the house-hunting process, but Josh and the rest of the Clark Team did a fantastic job of facilitating that process and they were extremely helpful every step of the way. Josh in particular was great, helping to find houses based on the parameters I was looking for and quickly answering any questions that I had. He also clearly demonstrated that he was first and foremost looking out for my best interests. He was up front and honest with me about the positives and negatives he saw in a property (not simply pushing me to purchase the most expensive house in my budget), and when it came down to buying my desired house, he was great at negotiating a lot of the finer details and repairs.

ZillowVERIFIED We first met with Daniel Virag of The Clark Team in his office the morning of June 15th where we shared our wants, needs and a strict move-in deadline as our home in Florida already had a set closing date of August 8th. Dan listened to our wishes and, with the assistance of their computer databases found a number of potential properties. Together we reviewed the details of each and narrowed the possibilities to about 10. Then, since we were only in Raleigh for the weekend, Dan made arrangements for us to view as many of the homes as possible that very afternoon with the remainder of the homes being scheduled for the next day. The house that became our home was found on that first day, and when we informed Dan via telephone of our decision to place an offer on a house, he kept us informed using email, text messages and telephone calls every step of the way. With an accepted offer, Dan then introduced us to the transaction coordinator Albert Palamenti and they both worked diligently with an Orlando lender we had started working with prior to meeting Dan. Over the next few weeks it became apparent that our lender was not meeting deadlines which would result in postponing the closing date, so Dan recommended a lender who ultimately did the impossible by completing the approval process in just over 1 week so we could meet the original closing date. We have bought and sold several homes in the past and never have we met such a competent and organized group of people. I wholeheartedly recommend Dan Virag and Albert Palamenti of Keller Williams Realty Raleigh and also Franco Multari of Pathway Mortgage. These gentlemen expertly worked together to make our dream come true.

The house started list 11/28/2018 with only 2k price reduce from the previous list price, then enter to contract in about half month, and closed in 30 days. We were evaluating several neighborhoods, and Daniel helped us gather a lot of detailed information about each neighborhood (types of materials, construction methods, etc.). Daniel even took the initiative to visit the model homes for us and asked the sales agent to walk him through a home currently under construction to ascertain their craftsmanship. The Clark Team also has other individuals on the team, shout out to Albert Palamenti, to ensure the T's are crossed and the I's are dotted all the way to the closing table (reviewing paperwork, ensuring critical steps are completed, etc.). ZillowVERIFIED We interviewed every Agent that had sold a home in our neighborhood within the last year and considered all factors. We considered the Clark Team very highly since the home they sold within 3 blocks of ours sold in 5 days for higher than the asking price. The interview uncovered why they were able to do that. The Clark Team has an incredibly Strong Marketing Plan that integrates Staging, Photography, including using a drone to show how spacious the property around us was, "Coming Soon" signage to create interest, and Open House scheduling. All of these components led to fantastic results. We had 32 individual groups of interested buyers come to the our two hour Open House on Saturday, and many additional new potential buyers on Sunday, as well as second time visitors. When asked about making an offer a potential buyer was told that a decision on offers would be made on Monday @ 3PM. From the multiple offers the Clark Team's Marketing Plan generated we selected an offer for $7,000 over asking that included another significant feature we wanted - a one week rent back after closing that allowed us to move the short distance to our new home with limited packing and hassle.
