I was moving from NY to NC and googled the top realtors in the Raleigh area. The Clark Team was highly rated, so I called Jordan Clark. From that phone call forward, buying a home was easy. I told Jordan I saw a few homes online that I was interested in, but one in particular was my absolute favorite. Ironically, that one was taken off market the day before I got here! Jordan contacted the owner, and they agreed to let me see it. Realtor Amber Woodard met me early Sunday morning. My favorite was 2nd on the list to see. I fell in love with it and didnt want to look at any more. Not having any family here to share the moment, Amber was genuinely elated for me! It made an exciting moment even better. Once the process started, there was a minor concern of mine and David Chauncey took care of it immediately. Throughout the process, Albert Palamenti was instrumental in basically every next step. From getting paperwork together to explaining everything clearly in easy terms and answering all my many questions. He also starts work at 5 a.m., so waking up to his emails was a great way to start my mornings here. They are called The Clark Team because they are a true team of experts who work with you every step of the way.

I am a repeat customer. That should say it all!! Daniel and his team assisted me with the purchase of my home while I was in another state. I was provided access to an app that gave me early viewing of new listings. Daniel provided a live video walk through of the homes I was interested in, pointing out any concerns he saw as we went along. He walked me through dealing with multiple offers on the house I wanted, ultimately getting me that house!! 2 1/2 years later, he and his team got this same house up for sale and under contract in a matter of days!!

I cannot stress enough how pleased I was with my experience working with Daniel Virag and his team. In todays absolutely insane housing market, where homes are going up for sale in the morning and are sold later that afternoon, combined with my natural tendency to panic easily, it was incredibly reassuring to have Daniel in my corner to keep me calm while providing invaluable advice regarding how to approach this never-before-seen market. This was even more important for me since I am a first-time home-owner and was worried about finding someone trustworthy. Daniel always gave me the impression that he truly was doing good by my husband and I and always thinking in our best interest. Furthermore, being an emergency veterinarian, my odd working hours supplied additional stress and aggravation, which Daniel and his associate, Amber, expertly managed within all means possible so that we could get in for house-showings at last-minute times and other negotiations. Sometimes being done at what I'm sure was a great inconvenience for them (even though they did not make that known). Daniel was attentive, patient, and skillful during my entire home-search process; preventing me from making impulse-buys that may not have been the best fit, up until the very day where we found THE right home. In addition to the process of trying to find our home, Daniel was also very resourceful with providing great references for mortgage lenders and insurance agents that we did end up using and were very happy with their services as well. I will be forever grateful for he and Ambers assistance, candor, and professionalism throughout this entire process and I strongly recommend their services to other first-time home-owners.
