Bryan and his team were working around the clock for us, making sure to find us our perfect home. Coming out of a property we were potentially interested in, a neighbor backed into my car, and attempted to flee the scene. Bryan sprung into quick action and chased down the car, causing them to turn around and come back to the scene of the accident. We did have a pretty good idea of what we wanted from the beginning, but during showings, Jeremy was great at pointing out small yet important details that I know we would have missed. We made a great offer thanks to Jeremy that was accepted almost immediately, and Bryan helped us navigate some little twists and turns along the way (nothing bad, I think twists and turns are very much a part of this process.) Made the process super easy, got us lightning fast pre-approval when we suddenly decided to put in an offer on a bank holiday and earlier in the process than we expected, made things very easy to do a lot remotely which was very necessary with all my business travel, and were great and communication with the seller and their agent. Heck, we liked them so much were letting them sell our old house now.
