My experience working the Kate was top notch. I could not complain, even If I wanted to. Her work ethic and ability to follow up with EVERYTHING and ANYTHING I needed in regards to this real estate process was impeccable. Turn around times for everything was VERY fast. Working along side her and I did not feel any pressure. I really felt taken care of as a client the entire time and I could get a strong feeling that Kate loves what she does and helping people. When I say I felt no pressure, I mean it. My last real estate agent, I did not feel much of a connection with. Additionally, and perhaps more importantly, there was not much trust and transparency that I felt. Those feelings and fears I had of having an agent like that again we're completely reversed with working with Kate. There was no pressure, complete honesty and transparency in all conversations and things regarding the purchasing of my first home. The difference was night and day.
