They took a relatively difficult process, in a very difficult real estate environment (2022), and landed us a dream home in under thirty days. This is in special thanks to Sunny, Thai?s right hand and a wonderful realtor. She worked late into the night to find us a home within our budget and in a beautiful subdivision; this takes nothing away from Thai, who has worked with us since before we moved to Texas and has always kept us up-to-date on all the hottest deals in the market. ZillowVERIFIED I was worrisome when moving from Minnesota to Texas in a high season of house selling/buying amid covid pandemic. Luckily, I came across the top realtor list in 2020 in Texas, and found Thai. I was a little skeptical and crossed my fingers when Thai was confident that I should be able to find a house in two weeks. And you know what? I got one in 10 days.Things I saw from Thai that differentiated him from other realtors was that he did his magic work and got a big list of houses to show me during the weekend. As long as you have time and energy, Thai would spend hours even on weekends to show you houses. We ended up looking at more than 20 houses in one week, mostly in that weekend and found my dream house in 10 days.If you are looking for a house in Texas, dont hesitate to give Thai a try. Hes been in Texas for more than 30 years, so he is very knowledgeable with this surrounding area. It wont hurt to contact Thai. But it could hurt if you miss an opportunity to work with him.

My main concern was a timely sell and for him to handle all the details. He did this just fine. He also has an extremely helpful assistant when for whatever reason he is not available. He does a great job of getting back with you same day via text or phone.

She actually wasnt my realtor but she showed me a home via Zillow and was very engaging even though I didnt initially show how interested I really was so I had to give her a try after parting ways with my realtor. Glad I did! Got the 1st house I bid on using her as a realtor and closed in 30 days.

ZillowVERIFIED Where to begin, This man and his lovely Assistant Sunny, went above and beyond for my family this past summer. Thai Truong and his associates are responsive, diligent, purposeful, and above all extremely professional. He took us on as a client in early April while I had no knowledge of the process it took to purchase a home. He sat me down beside the fireplace at a home showing and explained exactly how to begin the process. At this point, I hadnt gone to the bank for preapproval or anything. I just called the first number I saw on Zillow and Thai showed up. He was professional through and through but took a personal interest in the desires of his client. Thai sat me down and shared his professional opinion with me for 2 to 3 hours and He made himself accessible and available thereafter. The road to purchasing was tough yet Thai kept reassuring us he would do whatever it took to get us a beautiful home. Yesterday we closed and moved into a lovely renovated French architecture home in the spring area. Thais negotiated away all our worries, getting the little and big problems fixed. Now as we begin to settle in over the next few months I just dont know how to express my gratitude to Thai and Mrs. Sunny. He was just our realtor but Hes become, family. if youre in need of a realtor, You honestly and sincerely wont be disappointed with Thai Truong and the lovely Mrs. Sunny.
