That sale happened quickly and at full list price, too. Tess also sold a log home for us. We were pleased with that outcome, as well. We moved to another state last year or Tess would still be buying and selling homes for us. Tess is professional and personable, a pleasure and a delight to work with. She knows the local area and works effectively with people to achieve the desired goals. She knows how to get things done. Tess did an incredible amount of work for us in one of the transactions when we were no longer in the area to be able to do that work ourselves. Tess does whatever is needed to make the client satisfied with the result. Tess is the best!

We had to both prepare, clean and get my Mother's house on the market while she was still living in it and having a hard time. Tess was extremely patient, caring and efficient. She helped us with simple but difficult things like getting carpet cleaned properly, finding a handyman and even changing out drapes. She marketed my Mom's home, held open houses and encouraged us when we needed it. I don't know what we would have done without her. We talked to several other agents but they did not exhibit the same caring cando attitude that Tess did. I am so grateful. Thank you Tess!

ZillowVERIFIED I would not recommend Tess at all, she was very mean and unproffesional. I really wanted to view this house of my dreams and she was supposed to meet us there, we ended up waiting for 2 hours before she finally showed up. She then tried to make it seem like it was our fault she was late and ended up just driving away with out even showing us the house. We tried to call her after that several times and she would hang up right away.

ZillowVERIFIED I will start by saying Tess is AWESOME! I wanted to view a house where she was the agent and she was very engaging in our initial conversation; you would think we knew each other beforehand. The house wasn't for me but after talking with her I decided I wanted her to be my agent in getting the house I really wanted (which I bought). She had a lot of knowledge to share with me about Harrisburg, buying a home, and what it takes to be a homeowner (it being my first house) and I really felt informed. She was always available to answer my questions, which I had a lot of. She was great at gracefully articulating my concerns to the Seller's Agent whom was unimpressive. She even picked up the slack when he fell through on taking care of his responsibilities as the Seller lived out of state, that was frustrating. However, Tess made sure I was happy and that my new home was ready to move in. She had it cleaned because the SA didn't do it, and even helped removed a box-spring mattress that was also not removed as it should have been.If something needs to be done, Tess gets it done, no matter whose responsibility it is. She takes care of business and I respect her for that. Thank you so much Tess, I love my new home!
