ZillowVERIFIEDWhen my mother began the process of selling her home, she got involved with someone who didnt seem entirely capable of addressing some of the underlying complications surrounding the sale. As soon as she asked me for help, I immediately thought of Tesla (having known her since grad school as someone who is very intelligent and unquestionably driven). As expected, not only was she responsive, thorough, and professional, but she managed to secure an almost overwhelming amount of showings within days. Although the process dragged on because of some of the aforementioned complications, Tesla remained as diligent and involved as possible, making sure my mother was consistently updated and comfortable with the process. We ultimately sold well above asking, and always felt like we were in good hands with Tesla. (Oh, and my mother still talks about the champagne and beautiful gift basket Tesla brought to the closing to celebrate the end of months of work!)10/10 recommend, without any hesitation.

We needed someone who could answer all of our "basic" questions and who can handle our personalities and who can be patient enough to explain every step of the process. When we spoke to Tesla from our very first phone call, we knew she was our realtor. She asked us - realistic questions like what are must, what can we live without and which neighborhood we were looking at - but when we told her that we don't even know how much we can afford, she connected us to her best lenders. She always gave us options - options with towns, inspectors, lawyers - she gave us her best team! But she made us do the work as well. She gave us her options and we had to do our research. Which you should & she never pressured us to use any of her options either. This was very helpful when you are a first time home buyer - cause you don't know much but at the same time your realtor provides what you need and there's no pressure. During the process, as I mentioned before, Tesla asked us realistic questions. Which always helps when you have a spouse who is far from being realistic. She asked us, do you think you can live here? Do you see yourself? Don't look at the little things but look at the bigger things. What's the best offer? If this your "home" what can I do? - this question came up couple of times as we almost lost our home - we bought. She always had our back - regardless of what happened or was going to happen. She knew when we call/text anyone who wasn't getting back to us and she made things happen. If I was waiting for a phone call from the lawyer/lender or whomever, she took care of it. Literally, within a couple of mins - I got an answer. That's how you know she has the connection in this market. Even on the day of the closing, Tesla emailed us with all the website links, who to call for what (water, sewer, oil and etc) and even cable. Without Tesla - answering our "basic" questions and connecting us to her best teams, we wouldn't be here, in our HOME now. After the LONG process (for us it was - but it needed to happen this way), it was very much worth it. So, if anyone is a first time home buyer, don't ever think, it can't be done. Just listen to your realtor and her team and it can happen.

She set up viewings on an amazing schedule and kept me constantly updated on any changes and was always available, or called back shortly, when I reached out.
