ZillowVERIFIEDTesis ability to assess the situation and give valuable insight as to ways to best list and promote our home was second to none! She was a true professional throughout the process and provided services that other realtors had not. These include providing a 3D video tour of the home, providing reports on where the listing was shown and how many views it received. She was also able to provide updated market analysis trends to show what the state of the local market is. She has more credentials than any realtor I have worked with in the past. You will be best served by hiring her for your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Tesi was wonderful to work with. I had to sell my stepmother's home long distance, and she handled every detail with kindness, professionalism, and great communication. She connected me with the right people, coordinated repairs, inspections, and cleaning, and took care of every detail. I would recommend her to anyone. She goes above and beyond.

ZillowVERIFIED Tesi Rodriguez is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. I have sold 4 houses in the last 12 years and she has been above and beyond the realtor who has been the most hardworking, most enthusiastic, most knowledgeable, and most committed to selling my house. So much about the selling and buying process is about trust. Selling a house is a process that creates stress and anxiety. I have been able to trust Tesis decisions and have been amazed at the way she handles potential buyers. She understands personalities, when to push, and when to hold back. Tesi also knows how to fix anything with her toolbox. She has encouraged me to see my own house, my own style, in a new way. I have been stunned by her abilities to decorate the house with the furniture and accessories on hand. She knows how to simplify and amplify for effect. To be honest she has helped me understand how much happier I can be in my own home when it is organized, clean, and arranged neatly. She understands how to make a house beautiful and appealing to a buyer. Even when I have been skeptical I am so glad I have trusted her. Tesi corrects what isnt working in both interiors and exteriors. She thinks about details for improvement and attends to them quickly. She knows what houses are worth. She crunches numbers quickly and makes great decisions about what can be done to improve the chances of a high price sale for a home. She made sure we made money when we sold the house. She is simply the best. I'm glad she was my realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Tesi was so very welcoming and instrumental in finding our new home. Tesi invested time to show us around the area explain the pros and cons to different areas and homes. She helped keep us grounded during the whirlwind timeline we were working under during the Christmas/New Year's holidays, was quick to respond to questions, and stayed on top of various concerns throughout the buying process even if the task was supposed to be initiated by other parties. I truly believe we would not have closed on time if not for her due diligence.
